Immersive Tech Northern Ireland

ImmerseUK has agreed to connect and collaborate with the recently formed Immersive Tech NI, a new organisation designed to bring together the most creative minds in Northern Ireland as a community to explore and expand the possibilities created by immersive technologies, including virtual and augmented reality. It’s a great opportunity to extend our network.

Innovate UK Emerging and Enabling Technologies Competition

Innovate UK has now launched its first competition for enabling and emerging technologies in which "businesses can apply for a share of £15 million to develop technologies to stimulate future products, services and industries”. VR and AR are specifically mentioned as a priority for funding.

All the briefing events have now occurred, but you can see a recording of the London session here.
