I’m already a member of Immerse UK, but have been told I need to set up an online profile. Why is this?

From March 2018, we’re changing the way that membership of Immerse UK works. This is in response to our members’ feedback that connecting members with each other is important to you.

And that’s why we’ve changed our website and what being a member of Immerse UK member means. As an existing member, you will need to re-sign up by setting up your online profile to continue being a member. By doing this, you will be able to access all the benefits of Immerse UK membership.

How do I report an inappropriate/abusive message?

Inappropriate and abusive content and messages are in direct breach of our terms and conditions and we take any reports of this happening very seriously. Please contact us immediately on enquiries@immerseuk.org so that we can take appropriate action.

Can I block someone from contacting me?

Yes you can. If you go to your settings, you can select people you want to block in the preferences section.

Who do I contact if I have any issues with my profile?

Please contact us on enquiries@immerseuk.org so that we can address any issues you may be experiencing.

How do I upload my company details to the company section of the website

If your company isn’t already on the Organisations section, by adding it to your individual profile, it will automatically generate an organisation page. This will not become live until it is approved by the Immerse UK Administrator. This can take up to two working days. If you would like a specific logo or description added, please use the Contact Us online form to let us know. We’ll then get in touch to make sure your organisation is uploaded.

What happens if I cancel my membership?

We will remove your profile from the site within 14 working days. You will be taken off our database and will no longer receive communications from Immerse UK.

How do I send a message to someone?

Our website is designed for you to contact individuals directly. Simply search for their programme, then click the Contact button.

Can I join as a member, but not have my profile/contact details on the website?

You must complete some information about yourself and your business to become a member of Immerse UK, but many resources and information are available on our public facing sections of the website, without having to be a member.

How do I become a member?

It couldn’t be simpler to become a member – it takes a couple of minutes to set up your profile. Click on the Join button on the homepage to get signing up.

How do I change my profile?

Want to add a new organisation or skill? You can amend your profile at any time by simply clicking on the Edit Profile section which you can find under the My Account section in the top right hand corner of your screen.
