Who can enter the Awards?

To enter you must be currently registered on a UK degree programme, undergraduate or postgraduate. This will be verified via a supervisor letter of confirmation with recommendation included.

Will multiple entries be accepted?

Applicants can submit to multiple categories, but each category requires a separate entry tailored to address how your work applies to that category.

Where is my data stored?

The Immerse UK Awards are using the Award Force platform, and your data is encrypted and securely stored within the European Union. The Immerse UK Awards use Innovate UK KTN’s privacy policy.

Is there a fee to enter the Awards?

No, there is no entry fee.

What are the important dates for the Awards?

  • 23 January: Applications open for the awards competition
  • 8 February: Design Workshop to meet Arup and Edify and learn about the awards categories
  • 27 March: Applications deadline
  • 3 April to 17 April: Judging period
  • 18 April: 10 finalists will be notified they have been selected to pitch
  • 26 April: Pitch Day Showcase (via Zoom)
  • 27 April – 8 May: Individual interviews will be conducted 1 on 1 by ARUP & Edify with the 10 finalists
  • 10 May: Immerse UK Awards Reception in London where the 5 category winners & 2 grand prize winners will be announced
  • June: 3 month internships begin (arrangements to be made directly with ARUP & Edify)
