The closing date for expressions of interest to apply for the StoryFutures & Nesta Immersive Fellowships in Mental Health is Thursday 23 January.

StoryFutures and Nesta, the global innovation foundation are looking for three talented creative companies to develop an immersive experience with the potential to positively impact people’s mental health.

The StoryFutures & Nesta Immersive Fellowships in Mental Health offer funding of up to £20k for creative practitioners and academic researchers to collaborate on immersive projects that have the potential to have a positive impact on people’s mental health. Projects should have a focus on one of the following areas:

  • adult emotional and psychological difficulties
  • youth and family mental health
  • self-compassion
  • bullying and mental health

In addition to the £20k of funding, companies will also benefit from the academic expertise and resource from Royal Holloway, University of London, as well as in-kind support from Nesta and StoryFutures.

Applicants must be based in the Gateway Cluster region – an area that covers specific postcodes to the west of London.
