Digital Maker Collective (DMC) are an informal, voluntary Research & Development (R&D) Collective made up of Creative Tech Innovators from University of the Art London (UAL) staff, students, alumni.

DMC share common goals in exploring digital & emerging technologies in the context of arts practice, education, society and the creative industries.

The Uni to Unicorns event is delivered in collaboration with Digital Maker Collective and the leading tech, creative, educational and community organisations.

Featuring event partners such as: The National Theatre: All Kinds of Limbo, Happy Finish, Dimension Studio, Wimbledon College of Arts, XR Diversity Initiative, Open Data Institute and Young Coders Meetup and many more.

IMMERSIVE WEB 2020-2021

Immersive Art, Live Performance & Digital Fashion.

With no prospect of a physical meet-ups and having never collaborated virtually before, the Digital Maker Collective (DMC) who normally held physical meet-ups in Camberwell, London needed to find a more creative virtual space to meet. In September 2020 DMC started to explore the ‘Immersive Web’ together.
