This is footage we took of the demo we created to showcase what can be created with Existent.
The principle focus was on demonstrating the power of physical presence and all the various interactions and tools available. It was made by just the three co-founders before we had started employing more staff.
It was hugely successful and, despite being simple in graphics and physical construction, the precision of matching up the physical and virtual worlds, along with the deep sense of physical freedom this enabled, captured everyone’s imagination who took part.
From VR-sceptics to immersive producers, from theatre production companies to veterans in the LBVR space, we have enjoyed a great many stimulating conversations about the application of a platform that enables complete physical freedom and agency in a virtual world.
