How do I join?
Go to our homepage and sign up under the Join Now button on the top right hand side of the screen. If you were a member prior to 29 November 2019, you will need to go to your account and upgrade.
Is all my contact information published on my online profile?
Your address, phone number and email will not be make public on our website, unless you add this information to your biography box.
I would like to cancel my Immerse UK premium membership. How do I do this?
Members have 14 days to cancel their membership from the date of payment. After that point annual membership cannot be cancelled.
I submitted my details to join online, but when I log in I can’t upload my projects or access the rest of the website.

Log into your profile on Immerse UK, using your membership ID you can update your registration details.

Payment questions
How much does it cost?
Premium membership is from £8.25+VAT fper month or individuals and £41.58+VAT per month for companies and academic institutions. Your membership will automatically renew each month, however there is no minimum contract, so you can cancel your membership at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is made online using Stripe. You can use your paypal or credit card details to pay..
Can I pay annually?
Unfortunately we only accept monthly payments.

I would like to cancel my Immerse UK premium membership. How do I do this?
On joining, if you change your mind, members have 14 days to cancel their membership from the date of payment. As your membership renews automatically every month, if you want to cancel after the first month, you will need to go into your account by logging on in the top right hand corner.

I have been registered on the Immerse UK website for a while now. Am I already a member?
Yes, you are a free member with limited access to Immerse UK resources and The Directory. To have access to full premium member benefits will you need to upgrade your membership to a premium individual package or premium corporate package. Go to details of our premium membership packages
Who is eligible to join Immerse UK?
Immerse UK membership is open to anyone with an interest in or working in immersive technology across any industry or sector. We are a cross-sector industry network so we welcome members joining from all industry backgrounds.

As part of our new premium membership, we will be bringing you even better services and member benefits to help businesses grow, find new connections and discover new markets. Please see our premium membership offer here.
If you choose not to sign up, you can edit your current profile but have limited access member benefits.

Is Immerse UK still funded by Government?
Immerse UK is managed by KTN who are a delivery partner of Innovate UK. Immerse UK, under the guidance of KTN, work closely with government and deliver projects funded by public agencies. Immerse UK is now broadening its financial base and has secured greater funding directly from industry. Going forward, its activities will be more directly shaped by its advisory board and business network.
Can associates, freelancers, students, retired professionals or non-profits get a discount?
We have created a low cost membership model to keep Immerse UK open to all. Keep an eye out on our Twitter account or our monthly newsletter for any membership offers.

If you don’t want to become a premium member, but want to be kept up to date with news, events and funding, you can sign up for our subscriber newsletter. Sign up by going to the bottom left hand corner of our homepage.
