What we’ve seen recently is a real acceleration in the overall investment opportunity, driven by factors including the global pandemic, adoption by enterprise and the arrival of next generation hardware. As this report shows, the UK has already seen a number of startups fund and grow successful businesses in this sector and there is a significant opportunity for investors to deploy more capital in 2021, says Dave Haynes, HTC VIVE X”

Shaun Beaney from ICAEW’s Corporate Finance Faculty, commented: “The wide range of ingenious, fast-growing ventures featured in the report show the huge potential for immersive technologies in the UK – and around the world.
